Under the Conveyancing (Sale of Land) Regulations 2005, certain *prescribed documents must be attached to the Contract such as copy Certificate of Title, Plan of the land, all registered documents creating easements, restrictive or positive covenants, etc (dealings), a Council Zoning Certificate and Drainage Diagram. Costs of these (which we purchase on your behalf) plus our usual disbursements are also set out below.
